Meet the Team

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
An assiduous and experienced change consultant with expertise in business transformation, software implementation, and project management. Impressive, but if you’re lucky, she might share what she believes to be the world's biggest collection of sticky notes and Sharpies with you! As you can imagine, The Guinness Book of Records is giddy with excitement.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Andrew is a technically brilliant IT consultant specialising in network security, digital enablement, and infrastructure design. He’s also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and has represented the UK on an international level. So if any of your computer systems are misbehaving, he can easily fold them up like a deckchair and force them into submitting to his demands.

CHIEF "EVERYTHING ELSE" OFFICER
Nikki is in charge of running the day-to-day client services function for the team. She’s the person we go to when we need to get something done because she has more energy than a herd of Tasmanian Devils on Christmas Eve. She can often be found shrieking along to Absolute 90s radio and is partial to a Jammie Dodger and a cup of Yorkshire tea.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
With a nose for trouble, Zeus undertakes hourly perimeter inspections. Nothing, and we mean NOTHING, gets past him. Unless you have cheese. Or chicken... Or…

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
It’s Ronon’s job to ensure that absolutely everybody gets a full-face hug to start their day. Definitely not as cute as it sounds when he’s been out in the wet grass first… 

THE APPRENTICE
The office rookie is currently spending a lot of time in the land of nod, so it’s a good job he’s adorable. He does make enthusiastic contributions when he’s awake - usually in our shoes.
